The full front and back gatefold cover features the "Northern Neighbour" font designed by Tim's close childhood friend, graphic designer Carl Shura. New York Central Railroad fans will be familiar with the locomotive depicted - it also makes a cameo appearance in the background of a photo on the inside cover.
