The second “Frogger Fest” was held in downtown Windsor, with band performances alternating between the Phog Lounge and the Meteor Lounge across the street. Tim and the band were the fifth act of the night and second at Meteor. Seven songs were played - three selections from Manifests and four of the newer songs.
